1. What We Collect
When you use SyX Markets, we may collect the following information:
- Email address — used for account creation and authentication via magic link sign-in.
- Trade data — ticker/symbol, direction (long/short), entry and exit prices, result, P&L, and any notes you enter into the trading journal.
- Trade screenshots — images you upload for AI analysis. These are stored as base64 data in your browser and sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not permanently store your images on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the services you use on this site:
- Your email is used for authentication and account-related communications.
- Your trade data is stored so you can view, track, and analyze your trading history in the journal.
- Trade screenshots are sent to OpenAI's API for AI-powered trade analysis, then the analysis results are returned to you. Screenshots are not retained after processing.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SyX Markets:
- Supabase — authentication (email/magic link) and database storage for your account and trade data. Supabase processes your email and trade records.
- OpenAI — AI trade analysis. When you request AI analysis, your trade data and any uploaded screenshots are sent to OpenAI's API. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to that processing.
- Resend — email delivery for authentication magic links. Resend processes your email address to send sign-in emails.
- Vercel — hosting and analytics. Vercel serves the site and collects basic, anonymized usage analytics (page views, performance). No personal data is shared with Vercel for analytics purposes.
4. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
- We do not serve ads or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
- We do not track you across other websites.
5. Data Retention
Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual trades from your journal at any time. If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us via Telegram at t.me/syxsolutions and we will process your request.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your trade data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) enabled, meaning only you can access your own records. Authentication is handled via secure magic link tokens. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children
SyX Markets is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing Law
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Houston, Texas.
